Return Policy
Cosmetics by Andrea is here to make sure your entire shopping experience is convenient and satisfying. However, due to state laws; sanitary purposes; product shelf life and our 10+ years of sound business policy, we apologize but can not take the following items back:
Hair Care Products: Unused hair care products can be exchanged for desired products. For sanitary purposes we do not take back combs, brushes, rollers, clips, clamps, etc.
Cosmetics & Nail Care Products: Due to state laws and sanitary purposes we can not take back any nail products, cuticle products or cosmetic products of any kind. In addition, we can not take back any nail or skin applicators, implements or tools. These products include but are not limited to nail polishes, nail lacquers, nail treatments, nail files, lip sticks, lip liners, lip glosses, lip plumpers, lip sealers, lip tints, lip stains, eye pencils, eye liners, eye shadows, mascara, foundation, concealer, blush, powder, bronzer, highlighter, shimmers, makeup brushes, nail clippers, nail trimmers, nail pushers, tweezers, scissors, etc.
Appliances: All defective or non-working appliances can be exchanged for a working appliance within 30 days. Extended manufacturer warranties may extend this policy. Please contact the manufacturer for any needs beyond thirty days.
Skincare & Body Care Products: Unused skin care & body care products can be exchanged for desired products.
When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees. Shipping charges will not be credited back on returns of ordered products. Products returned after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to accept returns on products after 45 days. Additionally, if you are returning/exchanging a quantity of 10 or more of the same item there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and product shelf life. In the event of returning a free shipping item there is a mandatory deduction of $5.95 from your total refund.

1. Call Cosmetics by Andrea to receive a Return Authorization Number. (877) 477-4832

2. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging, and make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
3. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
4. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the highlighted copy in the box with the products. Also include the Return Authorization Number.
5. Use the mailing address provided below to address your return shipment.
6. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)
